Vitali was great to work with, attentive, responsive, and he took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The doors are excellent, and the installation team did a fantastic job. Overall a professional team, that is meticulous, and that took the time to accommodate our requests. I needed a custom window manufactured and installed with a very quick turnaround time, and Vitalii at Toronto Doors and Windows made that happen seamlessly.He also helped with figuring out a better size/shape/layout for the window, according to the space (we were replacing a small awkward existing window with a much bigger one).Vitalii was incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and even managed to get the window done and installed before our intended date- which was unbelievable!I got quotes and specs from three different companies, and Toronto doors and windows definitely stood out to me. Very reasonably priced, great quality windows, but also a lot more professional in terms of customer service and knowledgeability of their products.I highly recommend this company, and will absolutely be calling them again in the future for our window windows.

Amazing experience from beginning to end! We had all 6 basement windows replaced. Best price out of a few companies we got quotes from. Communicated the entire time and answered all our questions! Toronto Doors and Windows installed new windows, a front door, patio door, and side door at my home several years ago. Recently, they also replaced a sheet of glass in my patio door and a ground floor window. They identified and corrected a mild structural issue below the patio door as well. Their work is superlative; the installations themselves couldn't have gone smoother, and the doors and windows have held up beautifully since the installations.
