Factory Applied Exterior Paint Colors
Our steel and smooth fiberglass doors feature a premium, multi-stage factory paint finish that offers superior chip resistance and exceptional UV protection against fading. Our standard architectural palette includes:
- Classic Whites & Creams: Window White (perfectly matches extruded vinyl windows), Warm White, and Factory White.
- Contemporary Neutrals: Slate Grey, Charcoal, Pebble, Sandstone, and Sable.
- Bold Architectural Statements: Universal Black, Espresso, Forest Green, Cranberry, and Midnight Blue.
Note: Computer-matched custom colors are also available to replicate any specific paint brand or design requirement. For windows, painting is typically applied to the exterior only, keeping the interior a clean white finish.
HAND-STAINED FIBERGLASS WOODGRAIN FINISHES
Hand Stained Woodgrain Finishes
For a luxurious, authentic timber appearance without the structural vulnerabilities of natural wood, our textured fiberglass doors receive a meticulous hand-stained artisan application. These rich translucent stains mimic realistic grain variations and are available in:
- Natural Oak & Golden Oak
- Heritage Cherry & Vintage Walnut
- Deep Mahogany & Rich Espresso
Care and Maintenance Tips
All exterior finishes are naturally affected by exposure and weathering from the sun, seasonal moisture, and airborne pollutants. Simple, periodic maintenance of the factory clear coat is required to keep your front entrance looking fresh and highly protected against the elements:
- Surface Cleaning: Start by cleaning your entry door with a mild household liquid soap and water solution. Apply with a soft sponge to wipe off surface dirt accumulation, rinse thoroughly, and wipe dry.
- Refinishing Coat: There is no set schedule for clear coat reapplication, as direct climate exposure dictates timeline necessity. When renewal is required, we recommend using high-performance translucent satin clear coats formulated specifically for exterior doors and windows (such as Sikkens Cetol®).
- Application Conditions: Apply with a high-quality natural bristle brush. For the best long-term results, apply the coat in shade (avoid direct sunlight) when outdoor temperatures are strictly between 15°C and 25°C. Allow 48 to 72 hours to fully cure.
